Diary of a European guy.

The skin looks very, very nice! Great work again. All in PicoFlash, right? How many insertions dd you make or do you not moniter that function?

It is not Picoflash,Dee, it is Multiplex. It allows me to work more rapid and if you programme the only shot of the thousandth one of second, is not more painful than Picoflash. In fact, some clients prefer it. They do not support the repetition of shots of the Picoflash.
It is really surprising how in a tenth of second it is possible to warm the water of the follicle in order that the final shot of the Picoflash (.001 s) is so, so, so effective. I might never give up using this system, already. Thank you Dectro, again.

I can vouch for the efficacy of multiplex/synchro. I had it on my left shoulder, just a size of a half dollar. 90% of the hair never returned after one treatment.

Thanks for the verifying that bryce. Consumers are trusted more than the practitioners who brag about these modalities of thermolysis being the bomb-ese when removing hair.

For ihatebodyhair, MultiPlex Thermolysis is a combination of two high frequencies modes. It is SLOW thermolysis followed by either MicroFlash thermolysis or PicoFlash thermolysis, depending on the Apilus model you have. The slow thermolysis is for moisturizing the follicle and the Micro/Pico is for destroying the root. This mode is great for dry or curved follicles.

Synchro is a burst of multiple medium intensity PicoFlash very tiny pulses. A special hand technique needs to be used for Synchro. This thermolysis option is great for deep, moist straight anagen hairs.

So PicoFlash is still used in both these modalities, but in different ways for different hair structures and conditions.

Excuse me, Dee, it seems that I remained slept when the experts of Dectro explained the modality Multiplex.
It is a joke, I could not come to the training that there offers the distributor “Saber Comprar” from Madrid. I had to learn by trial and error.

That’s so awemsome Josefa! I’m so thrilled for that guy, I really am! ^^

(This boy measures almost 1,90 m of stature. Uff, I have had many difficulties to take the pictures. Does someone give me a stairs?)

February 2011. Twenty-six week. 41 sessions. 42 hours and 30 minutes. 2510 euros.

Strategy: Maintain & Advance.

Observations: My “child” has planned to go to the beach today (more than 20 º centigrades, here). The water of the sea will help to recover more rapidly (I confirm what Michael says in his book: Treatment strategy for Electrology).
I have prohibited him to take baths of the Sun. His skin is not prepared still, but the salty water is welcome for the skin.
That you enjoy greatly, my dearest child!!!

March, 2011. Twenty-eight week. 42 sessions. 43 hours and 30 minutes. 2570 euros.

Strategy: Maintain & Advance.

Remembering: Before and a couple of weeks later.

Observations: Area with the hair incomplete development. It is very probable that in this area new hair develops in the future.

March 2011. Twenty-nine week. 43 sessions. 44 hours and 50 minutes. 2650 euros.

Needles used in the last sessions: VELONA (Apparently, our distributor of needles Ballet in Spain does not supply the format “F” and my new needle holder of the Platinum does not allow the adjustment of the format “K”)

Machine Type: Apilus Platinum
System used: Multiplex.
Frequently parameters:

Slow Thermolysis: 0.1 s / 50% / 260 e.l
Flash: .001 s / 99% / 1x / 260 e.l

Slow Thermolysis: 0.1 s / 75% / 572 e.l
Flash: .001 s / 99% / 1x / 572 e.l

Topical anesthesia: approximately 15 grs of EMLA 2 hours before (with occlusion).

Observations: Clearance latter probably is the one that makes THE DIFFERENCE. The elimination of these few hair will establish one “before” and one “after” in the life of this young and amazing boy.
My passion for the Electrolysis owes largely because, unlike the persons, it has never been a disappointment for me, not for none of my clients.

Josefa, that is amazing work you’re performing. Thank you for documenting so well with excellent photographs. I’m certain your client is very pleased with the results you are obtaining.

Caith, thank you very much for your nice words.

In my opinion, you are the client that all electrologist would like to have.

Oohh, Yal!.. (I said that in my deep voice)

This is so great! I love seeing the progress in all the pictures. Can’t wait to see the finished product!
