Can electrolysis treat ingrown hairs?

LDLD, et. al.,

Here I have simply copied-out various statements in this thread: From your first question “can electrolysis treat ingrown hairs?” … to your last question “can electrolysis treat ingrown hairs?”

I can’t think of what else to say, except … I think your question has been answered? Maybe you are asking “something else” here, but I don’t get it? Maybe try again? I’m “all ears!”

Quotes from this thread:

LDLD: *** Is this something any electrologist can do [treat ingrown hairs]? … ***

Dee: One of the biggest advantages of electrolysis is treating ingrown hairs, so the answer is, yes.

LDLD: If electrolysis treats an ingrown bump, will the pih just fade and will the bump go away?

Michael: Bumps with hairs? Just wait, or gently scrub them out … Present your electrologist with nice clean attached hairs that are ready to “meet their doom!” [electrolysis removes ingrown hairs]

Beate: Correct electrolysis will treat ingrowns.

LDLD: So several weeks ago I had a session done on the bottom of my forearm. … I’m left with what appears to be ingrown hairs.

*** … so in theory, electrolysis can treat ingrowns? ***

Beate: Electrolysis has actually been invented to treat ingrown hairs (in the eyelids).

Sorry for the spam.

I didn’t think Dee’s response was enough, because while I technically was asking a ‘yes or no’ question, I was looking for some kind of explanation.

You and Beate gave good explanations (thank you!).

I guess, I was just worried about my newfound ingrown hair problem and spammed the thread with a redundant question. Sorry about that, and thanks again for the information/suggestions.
