Been at it for 5 years...still going

Electrolysis has to treat hairs in cycles of growth, just like laser. Like I said, it treats hairs one by one and removes 5-10 hairs per minute.

There is no comparison with useless laser treatments you’re currently getting since the time you’d spend on good electrolysis will get you permanent results. It takes 12-18 months to finish electrolysis treatments - same as with laser. How many individual treatments you’d need depends on the number of hairs you’re treating and length of each treatment. You only need to go in once every 3-4 weeks, as long as you leave the treatemnt hairfree.

If performed correctly the hair is pretty much killed. There’s loads of success stories in the electrolysis forum and we’ve also had it done ourselves. That’s why we’re recommending it.

I noticed there is an electrologist from Spain that posts in the electrolysis forum. Also lots of UK folks on here. Certainly someone can point you in the right direction. Even if it’s a short flight on EasyJet or RyanAir it would be worth it.

I’ve personally had both laser and electrolysis successfully. Most people require electrolysis to end up completely hairfree because, like you, they reach diminishing returns with laser.

Still going strong. I’m having touch-ups here and there. I recently thought about buying the 3rd gen Tria but after reading a lot of information here I’m starting to have 2nd thought. The Tria was to be used as a touch-up device, not as a primary treatment.

I’m glad with the results I’ve had. But I really have some pigmentations issues. My technician tells me that it’ll even up when I get tanned. I don’t know about that.
