Josefa I am one of many good electrologist in Arizona…
However Sofya is being attack here so I must reinforce what an excelllent electrologist Sofya is professional in everyway!

In our clinic we use all modality of electrolysis… of course including Thermolysis. Josefa if you come to Phoenix I would love to meet you!

To the open forum I just wanted you to rest assured that we still have plenty of great electrologist here in AZ.

In response to Sanny open forum and private message to me:

I want to make it perfectly clear that Sofya is licensed in the State of Michigan and all our technician do all modality of Permanent Hair Removal. Even though my website has all modality in it… I want to make it perfectly clear, So My website soon will be using basic terms so there will be no misunderstanding for you. I’ve read every post you ever wrote, printed them all out and figure out who you were.

To me you appear to be someone trying to start trouble.

You’re trying rationalize an experience at my office real or not and engage this open forum with grossly false information I think you’re a Wolfe in sheep clothing. Sanny this can be very effective, especially when the your explanation you offers makes just enough sense that any reasonably conscientious person is likely to fall for it with false information.

Well I don’t buy it Are you telling this forum that you had 9-12 months of electrolysis two hours a week??? Since you said " it’s on my bank statements as well, and i would be happy to provide them. "

I will take you up on the offer.

To the rest of the forum I believe there is something to this, this sound like someone I know in AZ that you may know too.

I will not defend step by step all the things Sanny said.

I’ve had a few “close calls” myself, but one was a real loo-loo: a woman wanting a “simple” bikini procedure.

She came in for the consultation that took a full hour. I gave her a fairly good estimate and scheduled her first appointment the next week. At her appointment, she got on my table and said: “Well, I hope you can finish both legs in one hour.”

I was stunned and started my consultation all over again. She became tense and irritated and said: “Well, just do the best you can … “ Something told me not to “touch” this woman.

I said: “Sorry, I have decided not to start on you … this is not going to work for us.” She became aggressive and upset and said: “Just get started. Are you a professional or not?”

After a few diplomatic comments I got angry and said: “Lady, put your pants on and get out of my office. If you are not out in 5 minutes, I will consider this a trespass and I’m calling the police.” She exited yelling and screaming at me. But that’s not the interesting part.

About 6 months later, I was watching the “People’s Court” on TV. Here was a familiar face! … and the defendant was a fellow electrologist in a neighboring town. This “nutty” woman was suing my friend and wanted her legs “finished” for free because she claimed the electrologist gave her an estimate for one hour for the whole job. Luckily, the “nut-case” lost.

Later, my friend said this horrid patient had entered her office several times, thrown objects at her and it became a police matter.

So yes, “they” are out there … luckily extremely rare.

(BTW, I will definitely be coming to Phoenix in November and it would be super to see Larry, Gail and you. Be well and be happy, you are “cherished” by many.)

Maria,

When I am back in Phoenix visiting friends, I will give you the heads up. I would love to meet you and see your business. I would be staying in Mesa. You and your staff sound wonderful, not to mention, very, very compassionate and passionate about your work. Give Sofya a big hug.

Sanny, I hope you and your daughter get this hair problem behind you. I’m sure your daughter is just beautiful. Young girls suffer so much in high school especially, if they have upper lip hair and such. Other kids are so cruel at this age. Permanent hair removal is a real confidence booster.

Onward!!!>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Thanks for the response, Maria. While I allow people to discuss their first-hand experiences on the forum, I do not allow personal attacks. If you feel any of this thread (past or future) rises to the level of a personal attack, I will modify the post.

As Mike points out, everyone gets a dissatisfied client now and then, and they are often more vocal than the many happy ones. It happens in every industry, including mine.

Thanks to you all for taking the high road in your responses. It says a lot about the professionalism of Maria and the other practitioners who share their knowledge with us here.

Maria, Sofya has nothing to worry about.
As you undoubtedly know, all electrologists with some experience know that in a severe case, as seemed to be the case of Sanny, the first months are the hardest. It is very easy to work in a case when 2 or 3 clearances have been made already, because the “hard” work is over.

It is as if the assistant cook prepares a delicious pizza, kneading flour, molds and shapes the base, clean sink, and cut the ingredients, and then comes the chef and strategically placed olives. All the compliments are for the chef because he has given the final touch. Very nice, but unrealistic, without the assistance of helper, nothing would have been possible in such a short space of time.
Inflammation in the lip Sanny, is proof that the job was running. One hour of punctures without causing any damage to the follicle, just get some swelling that lasts an hour at most.
I have read on your website that you work with the SIMPLE method. As far as I know, this method is only possible with thermolysis? Confirms my information, please.

You can not imagine how I would go to Phoenix. If all the professionals have your work ethic, I can not think of a more appropriate place to go.
