LAgirl thanks for the responses. I’m going to listen to the advice here and go with electrolysis on my shoulders. So, I’m trying to learn more about electrolysis since I learned a lot about LHR and what to look for on this forum. 
I am having laser hair removal on my face right now. My first session was really painfull as i had a lot of hair. On my second session it didnt hurt as much because the hairs started to grow back little bit lighter and i didnt have 100% of the hair i started with. Dont be scared first time is very scarry and painfull but remember this next time you know what to expect so it wont be that bad.
I had my 3rd session yesterday but the very hard black hairs didnt grow back ( very good for as 8 weeks passed) so the doctor said to wait. i am going back in 3 weeks.
You should ONLY be treating the very coarse dark hair on your face if you’re female. You shouldn’t treat any hair that’s not coarse on the face because it won’t only not get affected, but can come back worse.
