I do 30 - 45 minutes on the upper lip. Most people do just fine, but there are a few that give me specific instructions to only do a few minutes on each side.

why bother? the how to's are already out there on this site. Just search. While you are at it, you should try looking for a real electrolysis machine. The one touch are junk and will not work for 90 % of hair.Dont bother with mods.

Interesting to check that quality does not always equal to price. Josefa, one of the fastest and effective electrologist charges € 70 / hour.

Hahaha so funny Michael. I'm not a good electrologist either since I have never gotten my CPE. Thank goodness my clients' hairs don't know the difference or they would refuse to die...

If you're in the US, I've used Numbmaster (5% lidocaine), Aspercreme (4% lidocaine). These have helped.
